The Jade Garden Apartments
The Jade Garden Apartments are an apartment complex located near downtown
Novato, CA.
Novato is in Marin County, about 30 miles north of San Francisco.
There are a total of 18 good-sized apartments, spread out over several
buildings. Eight units
have one bedroom each and the other ten have two
bedrooms each.
Each unit has a large livingroom, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and one (or two)
bedrooms. There is plenty of closet space plus extra storage. Many of the units also
also have decks and/or cathedral ceilings.
There are two laundry rooms, covered parking, nice views and a swimming pool,
which is heated during the summer months. In addition, the grounds are maintained year round.
PET OWNERS - The Jade Garden Apartments welcomes pets - within reason,
of course!
Also, there are on-site managers available to provide assistance and make
your home here enjoyable.
Luckys, Longs Drugs, Subway, Baskin-Robbins, the UPS Store and the Department
of Motor Vehicles are all within walking distance as well as public transportation and
several beauty salons, restaurants, banks and schools.
Please note, a credit check will be performed on all adults as excellent credit is required for ALL
adults. A security deposit is required, and (for pet owners) a pet deposit.
